Now, it’s been a while since this young lady gave us the opportunity to dance to her music, although we still have a lot of her songs on our frequent playlist, hits like Je Veux Te Voir or Jogging. If you have never heard of Yelle, you’re missing out on great music!
Yelle is French singer that has been making really sick pop/dances tunes for a while now, she is one of the biggest representatives of the tecktonik and she’s really cute also! Even though she had a lot of success with the tecktonik approach, still, with this new record she’s trying to break the boundries even more and has decided to go for a more instrumental based style, keeping the pop/dance but less on the tecktonik part.

So, just last week we found out that Burning Skies was the song chosen to be A Thousand Suns’ third single and we were very pleased!
Since the beginning, Burning Skies was one of our favorite songs from the record because it reminds us a bit of Numb, one of Linkin Park’s biggest hits and it kinda develops that style that they’ve created over the years, it’s just pure rock with the amazing vocals by Chester Bennington (did you notice his appearance on Saw 3D? Well, we did…). The clip has very good visuals mixed with a slow motion setup, pretty cool if you ask us.

Lately we haven’t had the time to enjoy some new tunes but we’re happy to say that we found one hell of a track that just fits perfect with our music choices!
First of all, we’re not really big fans of remixes since (almost always) they tend to be lame not so good comparing to the original version, but… and this is a BIG BUT... Jamie XX has done an outstanding job while remixing (aka making even more perfect) Adele’s first single from 21, Rolling In The Deep!

Yeah, we are aware that this song was available since yesterday but we were still starstruck by its awesomeness, so unaware of everything else except of Gaga’s music ability that we forgot to talk about this here, for you!
One good thing about Gaga’s new song is that, for those of you who speak German, it’ll be easier to learn, since most of the lyrics are in that language. Antoher fun fact is that Scheiße is the equivalent on English to “shit”, which comes to show us, once again, how little could Gaga care about what anyone could think about her (and we loved her a little bit more then).
The remix of Scheiß, a song that will be available on Born This Way was developed by the same Lady Gaga, and according to her, it doesn’t have its chorus (it’s fuckin’ awesome chorus, we may dare to guess…) on purpose! Burlesque marks the debut of Christina Aguileraas lead character and oh boy, she nailed the part, because really, who sings better than her nowadays? Some of us just cannot believe how famous did the guys from Kings Of Leon became on the lasts years, with their incredible successful record Only By The Night, because a lot of people don’t know that Only By The Night was actually their fourth studio album (it’s not like they were a new band or anything like that).
After that, they release their latest record Come Around Sundown which received mixed reviews from the critics, but still it managed to become the 11th biggest selling album of 2010. So far, Kings Of Leon had released two singles, Radioactive and Pyro, and by the way, those songs haven’t had a lot of publicity (compared to their previous work), which has avoided a lot of people from hearing their new material!

Most popular American rapper from our time it’s, without any other question… Eminem! Seems it all started back in 1996 when Em, released his debut album Infinite, he was 24 back then so we can assume that his music has changed a lot, and we can hear that on his latest record Recovery.
This album makes a statement in Eminem’s career, because he’s now publicly letting us know about all of his “issues” and how he’s solving them, that’s why its nature could be defined as “emotional driven”. So far, he has released Not Afraid (amazing “comeback” song), Love The Way You Lie (with RiRi as a featuring artist, priceless!) and No Love (with the help of Lil’ Wayne on the mic).
All three single he has released, have been great choices, but now we’re starting to question which song will become his fourth single? Us, Eminem’s fans would like him to release every song on Recovery, but… that´s not possible (right?) so we had to choose.
Some of the songs that’ve had more popularity are: Space Bound and 25 To Life. Both amazing songs that could become hit records. So, let’s hope that Eminem’s management crew makes the right choice!
