Shakira’s latest album Sale El Sol is full of amazing tracks that just show us how this Colombian woman has evolved musically with the years, but her latest single Sale El Sol is a little reminiscence of what Shakira used to be back in the days.
At first, we didn’t like the fact that Sale El Sol was gonna become a single, but now we think we’re learning to love it! The video is quite good and she look stunning, now let’s enjoy the hit single! (And pray that Lo Que Más becomes a single!!)
Just a couple of days ago, Shakira’s second single from Sale El Sol was released, and it’s Sale El Sol the track that took that spot, but… we really don’t like that song, and that’s way bad since we have almost all of Shakira’s records, but we really feel that was a mistake… but, maybe it wasn’t her fault (we want to think), maybe her recent breakup with longtime boyfriend Antonio de la Rúa affected her a bit...
Checking her whole album, we came to realize that she should’ve released either: Rabiosa (ft. Pitbull), Lo que más or Islands. We think that any of those songs could have a bigger commercial impact than the one we assume Sale El Sol will cause, but who knows? Maybe we’re wrong (we are not!!) and maybe her record label made the right choice (NAAAAHHH!!).

After her latest worldwide smash hit "Waka Waka" which was the official theme for the 2010 FIFA World Cup, has became the most successful song that ever represented this kind of event and also became the fourth most watched video on Youtube, Shakira has decided to release new material!!
Her new work is titled "Sale El Sol" ("Sun Comes Out" in english) and to give us a taste of this, she has just released her first single which is called "Loca". At first glance, it's a bit different to all of her previous songs, which may cause that some people dislike it, but after hearing it about 8 times, I kinda love it.. So here it is.. Because at the end, you are the only one that can judge if you like it or not..

This is the first post that isn't about an artist or band that I admire, because, the truth is that I have never ever heard of The Cranberries before, but for some situations of life, now I happen to love some of their songs, so that's why I did some research and I ended up putting that here on my blog.
Well, for those who don't know nothing about The Cranberries, just understand that i'm not talking about the fruit ok? The Cranberries are an irish rock band that was created back in 1989, their leading singer is a woman who has one truly amazing voice (like a mix between Shakira and Linda Perry in my opinion), they have sold millions of albums worldwide, so... they're pretty good.
Anyways, here are some of the songs that I've been hearing recently that still stuck in my head... but, since their songs are really good, it doesn't butter me at all...
First, their single "Zombie" which deals with political matters and the humanity, it truly gives a taste of the leading lady singing power...
