Now, it’s been a while since this young lady gave us the opportunity to dance to her music, although we still have a lot of her songs on our frequent playlist, hits like Je Veux Te Voir or Jogging. If you have never heard of Yelle, you’re missing out on great music!

Yelle is French singer that has been making really sick pop/dances tunes for a while now, she is one of the biggest representatives of the tecktonik and she’s really cute also! Even though she had a lot of success with the tecktonik approach, still, with this new record she’s trying to break the boundries even more and has decided to go for a more instrumental based style, keeping the pop/dance but less on the tecktonik part.

Just yesterday, Lady Gaga released her way expected video for Born This Way, the first single from the new record and… we have to say, this woman never seize to amaze us!

Born ThisWay video was directed by Gaga herself and with the help of Nick Knight, acclaimed British director. This piece of art is way different than EVERYTHING she has ever ever ever done, but still it fuckin’ rocks! It’s epic, it has incredible visuals, it has a good story, great dance moves and Gaga in all her craziness!

PANIC! AT THE DISCO – Woo oh woo oh Mona Lisa! Panic guys are back!

Remember these guys? Well, we do and you know why? Because their music fuckin’ rocks! Since they first released A Fever You Can’t Sweat Out we were hooked with their amazing tracks, catchy choruses and clever lyrics, but that was back on 2005, now on 2011 they’re ready to release their third official album Vices & Virtues!

After some changes on the band members, Panic! At The Disco is finally formed only by singer Brendon Urie and drummer Spencer Smith. The official first single from Vices & Virtues is The Ballad Of Mona Lisa and... it’s just so damn good!

Mona Lisa has that pop-rock vibe that identifies Panic! At The Disco, the chorus is killer and the video is quite odd (pretty odd actually… got the reference?). The official clip has been released and you can enjoy it here!

It’s been a while since we talked about our beloved Ke$ha, but it doesn’t mean we haven’t been enjoying her latest record, Animal!

As we stated before (check HERE) Animal has some amazing tracks that just sound so hit-single like, just like Blow, Sleazy, Cannibal and We R Who We R. This time, Blow is the official second single and the videoclip is here!

LINKIN PARK – They’re burning skies as we speak! New vid for Burning Skies!

So, just last week we found out that Burning Skies was the song chosen to be A Thousand Suns’ third single and we were very pleased!

Since the beginning, Burning Skies was one of our favorite songs from the record because it reminds us a bit of Numb, one of Linkin Park’s biggest hits and it kinda develops that style that they’ve created over the years, it’s just pure rock with the amazing vocals by Chester Bennington (did you notice his appearance on Saw 3D? Well, we did…). The clip has very good visuals mixed with a slow motion setup, pretty cool if you ask us.

The official clip has leaked into the web so if you’re a big fan of Linkin Park, you will enjoy this and if you just love good music, you will also like it!

Shakira’s latest album Sale El Sol is full of amazing tracks that just show us how this Colombian woman has evolved musically with the years, but her latest single Sale El Sol is a little reminiscence of what Shakira used to be back in the days.

At first, we didn’t like the fact that Sale El Sol was gonna become a single, but now we think we’re learning to love it! The video is quite good and she look stunning, now let’s enjoy the hit single! (And pray that Lo Que Más becomes a single!!)

ADELE – Did you find someone like Adele at the Brit Awards 2011? Don’t miss this outstanding performance!

Yesterday, the Brit Awards 2011 were celebrated and they were really good! Incredible performances at a massive location, the O2 Arena. 

Even though the whole event was great, two artists stand out on their performances, and one of them was Adele (the other one was Rihanna) , who really shined on the stage! Her rendition to Someone Like You was just beyond words, you know why? Because she feels what she’s singing, you could even see her almost crying at the end! We truly don’t understand why she wasn’t even nominated!

LADY GAGA – So she nailed it at the Grammys? Could we’ve expected anything less than that? GagaEgg!

On sunday, the Grammys celebrated their 53^rd anniversary and they had some pretty amazing moments, Rihanna got on-stage twice, Usher got emotional with Justin Bieber and how could we forget the fact that Gaga arrived at the Grammys on an vessel  (an egg really!) and she was in

incubation for 3 days (according to her interview with Jay Leno!).

Everything was going along the line of “boring” but then, the time for Gaga to be born came and she outdid herself (once again!) with a special performance of Born This Way!!!!

Now the next big thing on our calendars will happen on May 23^rd, when Born This Way will be released and according to Gaga “this would be the best record of the decade”. Haven’t checked the performance piece? Or NEED to watch it once again? Here it is…

Earlier today Lady Gaga released the first single from Born This Way which share the title with the record and we have to say... we like it a lot!

At first, the song sounds definitely different than everything she’s been doing lately, but… we think Born This Way has that “it” factor which we cannot completely define… we’re learning to love it but every time we play it we want to play it again!

BLACK EYED PEAS – Second single is out! It’s time for their next dirty bit! Just can’t get enough!

So The Black Eyed Peas made some headlines with their exclusive performance at the Super Bowl yesterday, you know why? Because they nailed it! It was truly an epic moment, and yes maybe they weren’t singing so good but they had a good time, and did we!

Now the reason why you’re here is because now we can tell you that Black Eyed Peas’s second single from The Beginning is none other than Just Can’t Get Enough (which if you remember was the first option on the poll they created to choose the single! Coincidence?). Personallly, we would’ve preferred Don’t Stop The Party or Love You Long Time, but… there’s always a third single, right?

BRITNEY SPEARS – Hold It Against Me is almost here! The Femme Fatale isn’t quite ready yet… Check the preview!

Just a couple of days ago the world found out the title of Brit’s next record and it’s Femme Fatale! (Which sounds ridiculously familiar to those of you have heard of Erika Fatale but anyways…).

Britney also revealed the cover for the album and stated the day when she will release the official vid for her first single Hold It Against Me directed by Jonas Åkerlund (who also directed Paparazzi for Gaga) and since that day she’s been releasing teaser trailers about this new project, which are quite good! In case you haven't seen the official cover... here it is! Femme Fatale!

At first, we weren’t digging Brit’s song a lot, but so far we are hooked and cannot get it out of our minds, so we’ll wait patiently for this video that hopefully restablishes Britney Spears as the Princess of Pop (spot that Gaga seems to have taken over quite a while ago), so the best wishes! RIHANNA – Oh oh, it seems S&M may have been a copy of David LaChapelle’s work!

You know? When we first saw the video we felt that we have seen some things before… And we guess we were right… It seems that Melina Matsoukas (the director for RiRi’s S&M) took a little too much inspiration from acclaimed photographer David LaChapelle’s past work!

Anyways, we still love the video and at least we’re happy that she took inspiration from such a great artist… While we see how this whole conflict unveils, let’s keep enjoying S&M!

MELISSA GRIFFITHS – She is here! Gaga, Taylor Swift, Adele, Katy Perry… you better watch your back because Melissa Griffiths is ready to be the new pop sensation!

We will never stop saying that we LOVE music A LOT and that’s the reason why we just find it so entertaining to look for new talent, new sounds, new artists. And luckily for us, a couple of weeks ago we had the chance to find a girl called Melissa Griffiths!

Melissa is a British singer/songwriter that’s 17 years old and it’s ready to take over the world with her amazing voice. One thing that is sure is that she ain’t no newbie for this industry because she’s been playing guitar and going to theater school since she was 8! As we mentioned before, she LOVES (or you could say LIVES) to write, she even has probably written close to 100 songs!

About her music influences: Melissa likes driving while listening to The Platters, Neil Young, The White Stripes or Miss Katy Perry! She also enjoys artists like John Mayer that really have deep lyrics on their songs.

Because of all the above, Melissa is currently working in London to produce some music but those stupid damn record labels haven’t signed her yet!

So if you wanna enjoy some new tunes, we suggest you to check Melissa Griffiths myspace ASAP because we have the feeling we’ll be hearing a lot more from her on this 2011! Here are some of her tracks…

ADELE – Couldn’t believe Jamie XX managed to make Rolling In The Deep a better track! You have to listen this song!

Lately we haven’t had the time to enjoy some new tunes but we’re happy to say that we found one hell of a track that just fits perfect with our music choices! 

First of all, we’re not really big fans of remixes since (almost always) they tend to be lame not so good comparing to the original version, but… and this is a BIG BUT... Jamie XX has done an outstanding job while remixing (aka making even more perfect) Adele’s first single from 21, Rolling In The Deep!

You do not want to miss this track and if you’ve already heard of it, then listen to it again because it’s wonderful! Anyways… the only sure thing is that we don’t see this Adele obsession going anywhere sometime near!

NICKI MINAJ – She’s doing the creep! SNL was never so good, and that’s a FACT!

Even though this has been news since Saturday, I decided to talk about it when I noticed that I had The Creep song attached to a part of my brain! 

For those of you who don’t know, SNL (Saturday Night Live) is a show that’s been on the air for decades and they usually do sketches where they mock of everything and they always have a special guest and a featuring artist. Last Saturday, it was the time for Jesse Eisenberg (the guy who played Mark Zuckerberg, the creator of Facebook, on The Social Network) and Nicki Minaj! Let’s just say… it was a GOOOD episode!
